These Terms of Service govern your use of Vayda Capital LLC's website, application forms, communications, and related services. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Vayda Capital's role

Vayda Capital is not a bank or lender. We help business owners organize funding requests and may introduce or submit authorized applications to participating funding providers. Funding providers make their own underwriting, approval, pricing, and funding decisions. Submission does not guarantee approval, an offer, particular terms, or funding.

Application information and documents

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and documents. You authorize Vayda Capital to review and verify submitted information. If you separately authorize sharing, we may provide application materials to participating funding providers for evaluation. You are responsible for reviewing any provider's final disclosures and agreements before accepting an offer.

Electronic records and signatures

When you type or draw a signature and submit an application, you intend that action to serve as your electronic signature. You consent to receive records electronically where permitted and may request a copy of submitted materials from Vayda Capital.

Vayda Capital SMS Customer Care

Applicants may optionally enroll in Vayda Capital SMS Customer Care by checking the separate SMS-consent box on our application. The program sends application confirmations, document reminders, appointment coordination, status updates, and customer-support messages related to a submitted business funding request.

• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or submitting an application.
• Message frequency varies according to the activity on your application.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. After STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, email info@vaydacapital.com, or call 980-457-4678.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, upload malicious or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
