Program terms

01Referral tracking

Approved partners receive a referral code and link. Referred business owners should apply through that link or enter the referral code so the lead can be tracked.

02Qualified referrals

A referral must be a real business funding applicant with accurate contact details and a legitimate funding request. Duplicate, incomplete, or self-generated leads may not qualify.

03Funding review

All funding is subject to lender/provider review, underwriting, documentation, approval, and final funding. No approval or funding result is guaranteed.

04Payout timing

Affiliate commissions are not payable until 7 days after the referred deal has funded and Vayda Capital confirms the transaction is eligible under program terms.

Important: Partners are paid only on eligible funded deals. No commission is owed for applications, approvals, declines, cancelled files, duplicate leads, chargebacks, unfunded deals, or referrals that do not meet Vayda Capital program requirements.
